I have known more ESTJ athletes than I have any other type to be honest. They’re the ones that really take eating right and going to the gym extremely seriously. They take charge, very traditional, and they also like doing a lot of crazy things.Ĭhase: Also, I’ve noticed something, statistically, ESTJs are the most physically fit of all the types. They are part of the SJ temperament, which makes them 40% of the world’s population and pretty common. Of course, we’re going to be starting with the first one according to our type grid, the very top left hand corner, and that is the ESTJ, also known as the overseer.Ĭhase: ESTJs are very common. We’re going to be doing deep dives into each of the 16 archetypes according to Jungian analytical psychology. We’re going to be doing human nature and human nurture in parallel moving forward.Ĭhase: Today we’re starting a new human nature series.
